Paperless Options and Custom Legal Verbage in Spectrum NG - BP
In this breakout session, we will be demonstrating all of the areas where you can gather electronic signatures to allow your organization to go paperless. This includes member contracts, the new Contract Addendums, Service Agreements, Prospect and Guest Waivers, Program Waivers, and more! Speaking of the new Contract Addendums, in Spectrum NG v4.5 there are several places where you can create custom legal verbage that customers must acknowledge by signing electronically or checking a box online. This session will also go through each of these locations so that you can start getting your message approved by your legal department so you can implement these features.

We have also made a lot of enhancements and improvements to the Contract and Member Management modules, including Resident Groups, Contract Addendums, Contract Renewals and Reinstates, Contract Buyouts, a more robust Future Status Wizard, and more. Spectrum NG v4.5 Governance, Employee, and Security Setup - ST
One of the single biggest changes we made to Spectrum NG v4.5 is that we moved all of the setup functions away from the Programs menu and placed them into the Corporate and Site Administration menus. If you are a multi-site facility, you have the ability to decide which modules will be governed by Corporate and which ones by Site in the Governance menu. Another large change was that we went away from the various levels of system user and completely re-designed the security setup in the system, in the process making more fully integrated with the employee setup. Join us for this session to learn about these great new features!
