We have decided to withdraw from the IHRSA Technology Forum being held this year in San Francisco.  This event had been previously sponsored exclusively by Checkfree, but this year IHRSA decided to open it up to multiple vendors.

It sounded great at first until we started learning about all of the other companies that would be participating.  With the exception of CSI Software and one other vendor, all of the other participating organizations are billing companies.

CSI Software prides itself on being a technology company.  We are constantly promoting how technology can save companies money.  It is insane for any organization to use a third-party to process their billing when the technology exists to do it yourself – and reduce costs!  Participating in a “Technology Forum” with billing companies seems contradictory to how we have positioned ourselves as a company, and as a result, we have decided to withdraw.
