CSI Software offers two flexible levels of support to ensure you have the right technical assistance. There are numerous self-help resources available to help you make the most of your CSI Software and resolve any issues you may encounter.

SUPPORT
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT Every customer is assigned a dedicated representative to manage your account. Account Managers work as liaisons between their respective customers and support, development and technology.

SUPPORT GUIDE We encourage every CSI Software user to read our CSI Software Support Guide to learn about our resources and scope of support. The Support Guide describes the support services available and explains how to use them.
USER GROUPS CSI Software organizes regular User Group meetings at all major industry events. The purpose of these meetings is to encourage the sharing of experiences, insight and knowledge about CSI Software for the professional enrichment of its users, as well as to promote the use of CSI Software products and technology.

KNOWLEDGE BASE WIKI Find answers to your how-to questions and troubleshoot software issues. Knowledgebase contains every question software users ask us and is one of the main tools our support technicians use.
QUERY LIBRARY The Query Library features downloadable sets of commonly requested queries and reports that users can download, import and modify in the Spectrum NG Query Builder.
RECORDED LIVE WEBINARS Watch past Instructor-led webinars on various Spectrum NG topics. A CSI Software consultant will help you perfect your software skills in a recorded webinar session. It’s convenient and the knowledge you gain can be put to use immediately!
