FirstHealth Chooses Spectrum NG to Support Front-Line Staff

FirstHealth of the Carolina's is set to transition to Spectrum NG by CSI Software largely because they believe the wellness center software will be easy to use for their front-line staff.

In choosing new software, FirstHealth sought to increase the speed of delivery at all points of interaction with their customers and to implement electronic and eventually online scheduling and program registration.

The organization also expects to go paperless with Spectrum NG, which has become a security measure especially important to the medical fitness industry.
