ALLIANCE FITNESS TO
IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND
KNOWLEDGE WITH CSI SOFTWARE
Houston, TX - April 19, 2006 CSI Software announced today that
the Alliance Fitness
Corporation has selected CSI Software as its new club
management software system. The Alliance Fitness Corporation currently owns and operates
18 state-of-
the-art fitness centres, servicing approximately 100,000 members in locations
throughout Southern Ontario under the trade names of Family Fitness Centres
and Exclusively Women's Fitness Centres. Alliance will be implementing
Spectrum
NG later this summer.
"Spectrum NG will assist Alliance in satisfying both the external
customer (member) and the internal customer (staff)" according to
Greg Thorn, CFO. "The
system will also achieve the speed of processing that both Alliance management
and the customer want to see, while also being dependable. The ability
for flexibility will
also allow Alliance to make changes quickly which will assist the operations
and provide the customer with up-to-date information."
Business Intelligence Crucial
The Business
Intelligence suite (Dashboards, Scorecards, OLAP, Data Warehousing,
and Alerts and Notifications) was another attractive feature-set for
Alliance. The ability to provide complex information quickly will be
a major benefit for a company that operates 18 locations and is expanding.
