Bellevue Club Set to Stabilize Systems with Spectrum NG

Bellevue Club in Bellevue, WA, needed new club management software that could replace its outdated systems and strengthen its business processes and marketing efforts. The club selected CSI Software's Spectrum NG to fulfill those requisites.

By organizing and promoting member programs with Spectrum NG, Bellevue Club expects to create a more stable customer service environment.

In addition to the core modules, Bellevue Club will be deploying League Management, Online Services, Program Registration, Scheduler and Spa Management.

Bellevue Club will also be using the CSI Software Fidelio Opera API to interface with its Hotel Bellevue - a 67 room luxury hotel connected to the club.

"Our membership package was outdated" said Kyle Martin, Information Services Manager of Bellevue Club. "We needed a software package that could help us move our business forward and felt that our current software was holding us back. We needed to find software that was stable, could support our business processes and would support the vast number of programs that we provide for our members".

Bellevue Club is a 200,000 square-foot facility on the east side of Seattle offering its members athletic amenities as well as social and educational opportunities. The facility includes indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a full-service spa, gymnasium, running track, multiple exercise studios, a restaurant, café, lounges, a library, child care center, hotel and meeting rooms.
