East Bank Club to Standardize on CSI Software's Club Management Software

East Bank Club has selected Spectrum NG by CSI Software as its new enterprise Club Management Software (http://www.csisoftwareusa.com/our_products/club-management-software.php) solution.

EBC is a 450,000 square foot multipurpose facility in downtown Chicago. It has over 10,000 members and 600 employees. A veritable Chicago institution, East Bank Club is recognized as one of the country's most gracious and dynamic fitness, sports and dining facility. The Club has been serving the fitness needs of Chicagoans for 28 years

CSI Software will be deploying Member Management, Employee Management, Front Desk Checkin, Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Dashboards, Locker Management, Gift Card Management, Series Sales, Prospect Management, Contract Management, Event Management, Program Registration, Camp Management, Scheduler, Spa Management, Kid Care and Online Services.

East Bank will also be leveraging Spectrum NG's API to communicate with a number of third-party applications including F&B operations and parking management.
