MILLENNIUM SELECTS CSI

Houston, Texas - December 14, 2006 CSI Software,
a leading provider of software and services for health
and fitness clubs,
today announced that Millennium Partners Sports Club Management has selected
Spectrum NG, Club
Management Software by CSI Software as its new enterprise
management software system. Millennium recently acquired six of The Sports
Club
Company’s
luxury sports clubs. The properties are located in Boston, New York (Upper
East Side), New York (Reebok Sports Club), Miami, San Francisco and Washington
DC.

an enterprise management software system that would help us increase
our membership levels, improve our member satisfaction, grow our non-dues
revenues, and provide us with world class analytic capabilities" says
