Account Development Representative

The fast track to a career in software sales begins here! CSI Software has an outstanding entry-level position with the opportunity for unlimited growth and rapid advancement – but only if you're a highly motivated team-player who's willing to cold-call potential clients while learning the ropes as an Account Development Representative.

Your job as an ADR is to get the sales process moving by making a great first impression over the phone and establishing a solid foundation on which a beneficial, long-term relationship can be built. After gathering as much information about potential clients as possible – including details about key decision-makers, budgets and technology needs – you'll explain the features and benefits of CSI Software's solutions … without applying sales pressure.

Based on the information you collect, our outside sales team will create a customized software package for each prospect. When one of your prospects becomes a client, you'll share in the rewards with commissions on top of a competitive base salary.

ADRs that exceed their goals and approach their work with a positive, enthusiastic attitude can move up the ladder quickly. Whether you want to ascend through the ADR management ranks or make the jump to an outside sales position … success is the key to unlocking the doors of opportunity at CSI Software.

Experience and Skills:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Experience in telephone sales

Sales Manager

Sales Managers for CSI Software are responsible for developing and closing new sales opportunities within the various markets we serve. They serve as the key contact and liaison between CSI Software and potential clients during the initial sales process by generating leads and closing large, often complex deals.

Responsibilities include:

• Reaching and exceeding monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Maximizing direct and indirect sales in a geographic territory
• Qualifying sales opportunities
• Providing return on investment (ROI) solutions in the form of product and service proposals
• Continuously updating and maintaining prospect database for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data
• Utilizing sales force automation tool SalesLogix
• Managing the initial sales process from lead to close
• Employing the use of Solution Selling methodology to investigate and identify customer needs and to determine solutions
• Managing account proposal development to ensure the best overall presentation of CSI Software to the customer
• Staying abreast of changes in marketplace
• Staying informed about the competition

Experience and Skills:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in direct outside sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A successful track record in over-quota achievement
• Proven closing abilities
• A strong work ethic
• An extremely goal-oriented attitude
• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college
• Must be willing to travel 50% of the time
