TO REPLACE LEGACY SYSTEM

TX - Jan 24, 2006 CSI Software announced today that Saw Mill
Sports Management has selected Spectrum, Club
Management Software by
CSI Software as its new management software
system. Saw Mill chose Spectrum for its extensive capabilities, robust
database platform and future enhancement plans.
Saw Mill plans to implement
Spectrum over the next four months. The new software will replace various
disparate systems and provide Saw Mill with a fully integrated, single
sourcsolution and
greater product depth and user adoption.
