Spare Time Clubs Plans to Eliminate Third-Party Processing Fees with Spectrum NG

Spare Time Clubs in Sacramento, CA has selected Spectrum NG by CSI Software as its new club management software solution.

Spare Time operates nine multipurpose sports, athletic and racquet clubs in the Sacramento area. A number of clubs also have full-service spas.

They selected Spectrum NG because it offers a fully-integrated, single-source enterprise solution that will increase staff productivity, reduce costs and improve customer service.

Spare Time will be taking advantage of Spectrum NG's built-in member billing and drafting tool, eliminating the third-party processing fees they are currently paying.

Currently, they complete all membership agreements manually and send the information to the corporate office for entry. With the Contract Management module, they will handle all agreements electronically at the club level, and the information will be automatically added to the system in real-time.

Spare Time currently manages all programs and spa bookings on paper or in Excel. The Spectrum NG Program Registration and Spa Management modules will replace the paper and Excel spreadsheets.

They currently keep track of tennis bookings on paper court sheets. Spare Time will be leveraging the Scheduler module to manage all court bookings in the clubs and online resulting in better efficiency and customer service.
