Yakima Athletic Club Cuts Paperwork in Half with Spectrum NG
Houston, TX 10-12-2010 08:00 AM |
-
Yakima Athletic Club and YAK Fitness have selected CSI Software's club management software Spectrum NG to manage their facilities in Yakima, Washington.
-
In addition to the core modules, the clubs will be deploying Program Registration, Scheduler and Online Services.
-
The company looked for a software provider that would help maintain compliance with the Payment Card Industry Standard (PCI-DSS) with greater ease.
-
Yakima Athletic Club expects to reduce their paperwork burden by 50% with the implementation of Spectrum NG.

"PCI compliance made us start looking for a new software solution," said Carrie Sattler, General Manager of Yakima Athletic Club and YAC Fitness. "Spectrum NG is the most complete software out on the market. We wanted to purchase software that provides us with an opportunity to grow, and CSI Software fits that requirement," Sattler said.
-
"This software will bring us into automation. Currently, scheduling for all of our programs is done manually. We have a check-in program that runs separately from our point of sale system. By converting to Spectrum NG, we will become 50 percent paperless right away. If used fully and managed well, Spectrum NG will improve our operations significantly," Sattler said. "We expect to see an indirect return on investment (ROI) immediately through improved operations. I anticipate that we will experience an indirect member retention increase due to our efficiency and the online features added for members," Sattler said
