Account Upload
The Account Upload Program provides a quick and efficient way to import new records,
and update the records of existing individuals. This is an excellent tool for importing
students, faculty and staff from the university or college SIS (Student Information
System) directly into Spectrum NG.
For facilities with a frequent influx of new customers, the program can monitor new files
at preset intervals and automatically download new customer information or changes in
the records of existing customers.
You can predefine upload options such as status default, membership type default,
expiration date default, etc. You can upload user defined fields. You also can view a
history of all previous account uploads.
The Account Upload Program will seamlessly and automatically communicate with your
Student Information System and provide up-to-date information.
