REPORTS IN ACTION
With system reports, each reporting category is clearly defined, making it easy locate, separate and label reports according to your needs. And Reports has both e-mail and mailer capabilities, helping get information quickly to members, guests or prospects. Simply select reporting criteria, create an e-mail using HTML, add an attachment and send. Go ahead and alert customers to upcoming events or promotions demonstrating a professional touch.
Using the drill down feature, Reports gives you a deeper analysis, a better view of your business. Investigate a reporting number by drilling down to its finest details. For example, use Reports to drill down to targeted strong points in an invoice. Dissect each invoice and locate things like date, time, member and payment details.
Below are examples of widely used reports your staff can generate from the Reports module.
Member Roster lists members based on site, status, relationship, member codes, membership type, join date and expiration date. The following formats are available for easy access:
Member Roster – includes status, member number, contact information, membership type, join date, expiration date, birth date, and date of most recent visit to your facility.
Member List – summarizes member information, including status, member number, membership type, join date, expiration date, and phone number of member.
Notifications – create e-mails with HTML and attachment capabilities, and generate mailing labels that can be sent to members based on chosen report criteria.Member Finance – Member Finance lists members with credit card or EFT information on their account. This report is based on status, relationship, billing group and membership type. You can also list accounts based on a credit card expiration date.
Flash Report displays changes in membership status over time, per site.
Account Flash Report - includes accounts added and dropped during a designated time period. This report also includes sub-member additions.
Member Flash Report - includes the same information as the Account Flash report, but only accounts for main members.
Attendance Reports details member visits based on a check-in date range. Or based on members' join date, membership type, check-in location, member codes and account number range. The following Member Attendance report types are available for easy access:
Attendance Listing – includes check-in information for members in a detailed, or summarized format.
Exceptions Only - lists members with an exception occurring during check-in.
Low Usage – provides information regarding members with a lower volume of club visits.
No Check-Ins – includes members that have not checked in during a given time period.
Check-In Message Log shows accounts with an exception displayed at check-in. It can be run based on specific messages and check-in date range.
Check-in by Time of Day displays check-ins occurring during a chosen date range. It can be broken down by time of day, or day of week.
Sales Listing – a list of sales transactions for a time period based on the sales origin, location, operator, salesperson and product category.
Product Sales Summary Report - provides information regarding operators, including total sales in dollars, and percentage of total sales relative to overall site sales.
Detailed Product Sales Report - provides the following information: operator, itemized report of items sold, total sales amount by operator, and total sales amount by site.
Invoice Listing Detail - includes information for each invoice generated during a time period. Run this report based on sales origin, location, and transaction or post date. Choose the detailed or summarized format. You can also view details for a single invoice.
Payment Listing Report - includes all payments made during a time period based on location, operator, payment type and sales origin.
Summary Payment Report - details payment totals by payment type, percent of total sales by payment type, and total sales for site. It also issues a grand total of sales.
Detailed Payment List - can be displayed by location, payment type, or by operator. This report includes operator, amount, sale date, invoice number, payment type, operator, member number, member name and amount.
ADDITIONAL REPORTS FEATURES
Query Builder adds a powerful dimension to the Reports module, allowing you to query any field, or fields, in the database to create ad hoc reports. Queried reports can be saved to a personal reports list, or distributed instantly to staff members or your corporate office.
