 Scheduler
CSI’s Scheduler Program is designed to
book resources and service providers for sports and spa activities. Scheduler
provides flexible and efficient employee and resource tracking. It allows
you to book services for multiple resources and prevents providers, members,
or resources from being booked for a service if it results in a conflict
with another booking.
Sophisticated Setup Options
With the Scheduler Program
you can customize your services and fees using a wide array of setup options:
• Control how far in advance clients can make reservations
and how close to the reservation time customers are allowed to cancel them.
• Establish booking rules for in-house operations and a separate set of booking
rules for online operations.
• Set up separate fees for resource, service,
and provider.
• Set up special fees for designated times of day and for
select membership types.• Restrict access to services to select membership
types.
• Create flat-rate or percentage discounts.
Allow participants to
pay for bookings using sessions of personal training packages.
• Restrict
whether guests can book a service and whether a credit card on file is
required for a guest to make a booking.
• Determine whether payment is required
at the time of booking.
• Determine an employee’s availability per
site, and schedule your employees’ breaks.
• Charge fees for group
bookings by person or by reservation.
Ease of Booking
With the Scheduler Program, booking is
made easy. The grid design of the main booking screen allows users to see
all the components of a reservation at a glance. You can create a booking
using multiple resources, search for an available employee for a select
date and time range, and view fees and discounts for services. You can
search for open time slots and book recurrent reservations. You can select
additional participants from a ‘buddy list’ for each member
and guest. This list is made up of other members and guests who have shared
a booking in the past to facilitate quick participant selection. Booking
recurrent reservations for your clients is simple and quick. Once booked,
such reservations can be viewed and edited individually.
Online Services for Members and Guests
With Scheduler
Online, your customers can book racquetball, basketball, and tennis courts
and make reservations for various services and service providers. This
feature allows your customers to choose the date, time, and duration of
a service and displays up to fifty available schedules for your members’ and
guests’ selection. Using a wide range of setup options, you can control
requirements for a booking, including whether guests have access to a service
and whether payment is required at the time of booking. CSI’s Online
Services can be accessed through a simple link embedded in your website,
or you can use CSI’s Online Services as your website. Tailor the
restrictions for online bookings through our Online Booking Rules feature.
The rules you set up can be entirely different than your in-house booking
rules.
Flexible Reporting
Scheduler provides numerous reports
which you can organize by date range, operator, service, resource, provider,
or participant. You can generate reports of cancellations, unpaid registrants,
and sales generated through the Scheduler Program. There are also a variety
of billing reports which you can view to ensure accuracy of charges before
Scheduler billing is run. Choose from a range of criteria to customize
these pre-billing reports. Once Scheduler billing is run, you can print
post-billing reports organized by payment type.
