How it works

CSI Software has created an automated SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) package that runs nightly. This technology connects a client's SpectrumNG cloud database to Listen360 servers in a one-way, read-only fashion (data flows from SpectrumNG to Listen360).

The SSIS package creates a flat file and then invokes an API call to send the file to Listen360.

Why Integrate?

This integration enables facilities to combine the power of Listen360's survey technology with CSI Software's member check in functionality. In other words, Listen360 will receive information from SpectrumNG when members check in. This, in turn, will allow Listen360 to send and tag surveys to members based on that information (last check in, join date, or membership type for example).

In other words, one could send a survey to those that joined this month. Alternatively, one could view Net Promoter Scores grouped by Membership Type.

How do I enable integration?

Please contact CSI Software Tech Support to enable this integration. You will not need to install, download or configure any software on your end to activate this integration.

  3. 3. Salute (Mr., Mrs., etc.)

  6. 6. Phone
  7. 7. Mobile Phone
  8. 8. Address (including City, Region, Postal Code, Country)
  9. 9. Age
  10. 10. Gender
  11. 11. Status (Active, Inactive, Canceled, etc.)
  12. 12. Join Date
  13. 13. Member Type (description)
  14. 14. Location Reference (Company ID, Company Name, Site Name)
